This multicolor drop of blue green turquoise has me overwhelmed in bittersweet nostalgic memories where the past comes back to life. The color blue can sometimes mean calm, yet sad, while green can mean growth. In this design, I see the green sprout from within the blue emerging to change.

How it's made...

Turquoise stone on hand sawed, textured, and filed sterling silver. Soldered with scalloped bezel and small textured rectangular single band. Darkened with natural liver of sulfur. Polished with micro-crystalline wax.
